Short answer: You pay $0 upfront and sign no contract. We send you leads from your town's guide site, and you pay nothing until you've received your first 3 exclusive leads. Then you decide whether to continue, and we agree on pricing on a quick call.

Step by step

1. 10-minute call. We check whether your trade and town are open. One partner per trade per town.
2. We build or point the town site to you. Our local guide site sends its quote requests and calls to your phone and email. You don't change your own website.
3. Leads arrive. Each lead is a homeowner who asked for a quote or called. It goes only to you.
4. After 3 valid leads, you decide. Continue month-to-month at a price we agree on together, or walk away and owe nothing.

What counts as a lead?

A real homeowner in your service area who submits a quote request or calls through the site. Wrong numbers, spam, duplicates and out-of-area requests don't count toward your 3.

How long does it take to get 3 leads?

It depends on the town, the trade and the season. New sites take time to show up in Google and AI search, so we can't promise a date. You never pay for a slow start: the trial stays free until you've had 3 leads.

What happens after the trial?

We talk through pricing on a quick call and confirm it in writing before any billing starts. It's month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.

Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. There's nothing to pay during the trial.

Is there a contract?

No. There's no contract during the trial, and service after it is month-to-month.

Will my leads be shared with other contractors?

No. Leads from your town's site go only to you while you're our partner for that trade and town.
